"Your Homey Baker" is a passion project born from my love for cakes and a desire to explore web design principles. It served as a learning platform for Figma software, allowing me to experiment with design and prototyping.  This case study showcases how I applied those principles to create a landing page that reflects Sarah's brand identity and website goals.

This project served as a valuable learning experience in several aspects:
  • Explored features of Figma:  By designing and prototyping the landing page for "Your Homey Baker" in Figma, I gained a deeper understanding of the software's capabilities. This includes honing my skills in creating interactions and parallax animations, which can significantly enhance user engagement on a website.
  • Content for Business Benefit:  The process of crafting the landing page content reinforced the importance of strategic content development.  Every element, from the hero section to the FAQs,  should be geared  towards achieving specific business goals.  In this case, the focus was on capturing attention, building trust, and ultimately driving sales of Sarah's delicious baked goods.
